Moving the next PSC meeting to Dec 8th, in order to finalize the 2024  
budget.  11am Pacific , 1pm Central, 2pm Eastern, 3pm Atlantic Geomoose PSC  
meetings are scheduled every 3rd Friday, @  11am Pacific , 1pm Central, 2pm
