[geomoose-psc] Final 2025 Budget Vote

Hi folks,

Thanks for the well attended PSC meeting today - a good start to 2025!

As discussed, here is the 2025 budget for your votes of approval:

   - $1,000 for sys admin work, reviews, and pipeline work
   - $500 for packaging
   - $1,000 for documentation (and service testing)
   - $1,500 for a Code Sprint

Please reply to this thread with your +1s so we can finalize and get the
GeoMoose budget reflected in the 2025 OSGeo Budget here:
