[geomoose-psc] Fall Code Sprint

[TC Haddad]

Those original dates still work for me and are soft held, but I haven't
booked anything, and would be fine if we needed to look at other
(presumably later) times.

I'd also be up for doing the logistics to host in the Portland area if that
would help out. I realize that would flip the original plans but I think it
could be done (assuming the venue option I had in mind is available for the
dates we land on).
