Hi all,

We discussed this at the PSC meeting.  This work adds GeoParquet as a new vector source with the capability to render and query it like traditional w*s datasources and functions working in parallel.

This would let us deploy a completely cloud-native version of GeoMoose and let's people gradually dabble by supporting both.
