[geomoose-psc] January PSC items

Happy New Year GeoMoosers,

Hope you all had a good holiday break! I have 2 somewhat important and
short-turnaround items for everyone:

   - *January Meeting change: *would it be ok to bump our normal PSC
   meeting out by one week from Jan 16th to January 23rd? This January has 5
   Fridays, so we would be moving from the 3rd to the 4th friday.  This would
   avoid the friday before a long weekend, which might be useful.

   - *Budget Revision:* it was pointed out on the Mapserver list (and by
   @EliL that the OSGeo budget requests should be scaled down to $2000 in
   keeping with a board request, and so if there are no objections, I suggest
   we make that change now (our original request was posted last month and can
   be altered up to January 15th). If you prefer that this item be bumped into
   a separate thread with a vote, please respond with that preference.

If you see this email before the weekend it would be great to get your
replies in time to make the first change asap. The second change needs to
be made by Tuesday/Wednesday at the latest to be on the safe side / account
for time zones.
