[geomoose-psc] Modernizing GeoMoose UX

I'd consider both of these very very early experiments... so if things got
missing or are awkward, expect it and don't fester too much on it.

I agree that the CSS changes should be handled with a bit more care. I
think a few more of those breaking changes have gotten through as we've
fixed some legitimate bugs that likely hit the site.css hard.

This work would be something we consider in a version or two once we can
fully bake more of the issues with it.
