[geomoose-psc] September PSC Meeting Reminder

I'll do my best to make the meeting but today's looking less likely given
current patterns.

I would love, love, love, love, some feedback and/or approvals on any and
all of the above features.

- Feature Report is definitely the biggest one that needs rounded off.
- I've got some unpushed changes to GeoParquet but they are smaller
implementation details, if we're in reasonable shape otherwise, I'd like to
merge it and let other refactors/changes happen in follow up PRs.
