[Geomoose-users] popups

I'm working on a layer with popups and can't seem to get the
Legends/Controls Tab to function as it is supposed to in the Popup User
Guide.  This issue appeared to have come up in the past, but I didn't
see a resolution posted on the mailing list.  I have the
Legends/Controls Tab activated, but I can't select my radio buttons next
to my popup layer.  I'm also not getting any colors to signify which
layers have popups.  I've followed all the How To's and User Guides with
no luck.
