[Geomoose-users] I want menu links to open with scrolls

If I have a geomoose page without scrolls or browser toolbars and menus,
the menu link opens the URL in same  page without scrolls.  How can I
get it to open the page with scrolls or in a new window with scrolls and
without toolbars?  It will not accept target="_blank" in the code of the
meny.xml file.
