[Geomoose-users] ZOOM-TO

Dan - If you are referring to the line in the config file,
MAP_COORDINATE_SYSTEM, I am using UTM-15. When I try the
MNCOUNTY-ANOKA, the latitude is way off from where it should be.

Is your GeoMOOSE application configured to use the Anoka County
coordinate system for mapping, et al?

I don't know if this is a bug or an issue of the coordinate system of
the data. In using the PIN Search function, I am able to find a
property and the ZOOM TO magnifying glass is visible. When I click the
magnifying glass, the screen goes blank and the LAT/LONG goes to (1.XXX,
-92.xxx). My parcel data in in the native coordinate system, Anoka
County - NAD 83, so the XY is in feet. With a little inspection, what
the ZOOM TO is doing is taking the XY of the parcel, in feet, and
zooming to it, in meters. I would rather not have to change my data to
UTM everytime I want to update it in GEOMOOSE, so if anyone has any
ideas it would be greatly appreciated. I did find the line of code in
the ZOOM-TO.PHP file, but I don't know if I should apply a conversion
factor to this equation or not.

Thanks
