The GeoMOOSE project is proud to release version 1.2. This release was
funding mainly by the FGDC CAP Grant (OpenMNND project). To download
the latest MS4W packaged version go to
http://www.geomoose.org/moose/download/beta-release/

If you are upgrading from a prevous version, you will want to make sure
to back up your GeoMOOSE folder before you replace it so you don't loose
any customizations you made. Also there are quite a few new
configuration variables so you will need to use the new configuration
files with the latest code.

Changes in version 1.2
- numerous bug fixes
- data popups have more configuration options and are available from the
treeview control
- configuration to specify a min and max scale in the mapbook for each
layer. This will grey out a layer when it is not in the scale range
- ability to add opacity controls to the treeview control
- added a buffer and mailing lables PHP mascript service
- added a new demo application called "County Demo"

Please email the GeoMOOSE list with any bugs or issues you find with the
latest version.
