[Geomoose-users] HYPERLINKS

This is the "popup" system that GeoMOOSE uses.  The 1.6.1 popups are working and you can see a demonstration of how they work in the county demo by taking a look at the Firestations layer.

The documentation is hideous on this right now, some was lost in the great GeoMOOSE website move, and this system will probably be entirely different in GM2.

How is hyperlink added to a layer. I want hyperlink to display when i hover over the point
