Typically the only things I have run into being cached specifically are the XML edits. IE and Firefox both cache XML files. I wouldn't make many edits to this on a regular basis and if you do perhaps the easiest thing is just to have a disclaimer reminding to clear cache for up-to-date information until you have a steady framework going on.

You'd have to administratively setup a way to clear their cache's. This is dependent on browsers and OS so it can get a bit sticky. Otherwise, you need to instruct them to clear the cache when major changes are made.

Hello,
I noticed that sometimes when I make changes to my GM site some clients don’t see the change. Apparently this is because their browser is still using the cached version of some of the web pages. What would be the best way to make it so that users cannot keep a cached copy of the web pages?
