You found the known bug. Dan is working on a fix and when it is fixed we will release a 1.6.1 version.

I just installed v1.6 with the latest version of Map Server.
When I open the test apps in IE no tool bar buttons show up
Its fine in Firefox…
Thoughts….

No, it’s probably before you fixed that bug. After you get the latest code changes into trunk I will package up a 1.6.1 version.
If anyone else finds any bugs, let us know and we might be able to address them in a 1.6.1 version.
Thanks,
Brian

Brian,
Is 1.6 operating off of the latest code in Trunk? This was a bug that was fixed for the MMCD application.

After extracting the new version and checking out the demos, neither pulls up their toolbar under IE7 and I get an e Javascript error on line 692. Likely the error is somewhere before hand or as a result of something else because line 692 is ʽhttp.send(postData);}ʼ
Itʼs worth noting that Firefox 3 works correctly so far.
