[Geomoose-users] how can I limit the displayed area of a map with mapserver extent?

Hi,

 

Is there a way that I can limit the area that is shown on a map?  I would to
prevent from having the option to scroll across the entire state when I am
using the LMIC FSA Orthos.  I did try to use Extent in my .map file however
it appeared doing so had no impact.
