For those looking for a quick fix for the 1.6.1 application download the following file:

http://geomoose.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/geomoose/moose-trunk/htdocs/lib/GeoMOOSE.js

And replace the GeoMOOSE.js file in your lib directory.

For MS4W users this is /ms4w/apps/GeoMOOSE/htdocs/lib/GeoMOOSE.js

This also has the fix for the bug that causes the application to go catatonic whenever a layer with popups is turned off.
