GeoMOOSE is safely agnostic on such issues.  As GeoMOOSE is really a collection of Javascript and PHP scripts it does not take a "stance" on Threading.  But if you're looking for an answer to satisfy managment/IT geeks, the answer is "Yes, it is thread safe."

I understand that MapServer as it stands is not thread-safe in favor of performance, but has GeoMoose been coded in such a way that it is thread-safe?
