[Geomoose-users] IE7 and Firefox 3 behavior

Has anyone else noticed odd behaviors when using the scroll wheel in
IE7? I am often relocated to somewhere distant from the location where I
attempt to zoom out or in. This was not the case with 1.2 so I am a bit
confused. In Firefox 3, only the interface loads and no maps. Why is
this? 1.2 worked correctly.
