[Geomoose-users] Problem with zindex

I assigned some of my manhole and pipe layers with a ZINDEX value of 2 and 1
but the pipes still appear on top of the manhole layer.  I would prefer to
keep the Manhole layer above pipes in the layer list.  Am I using ZINDEX
correctly?  I have other layers that show up correctly using the ZINDEX and
I also have the variable set to false in the configuration scipt.
