Ed, can you double check that you're using a "compiled" version of GM2?
What I'm hearing doesn't sound 100% normal as GM2 is actually, typically,
must faster loading than GM1.6.

To check "view source" on the geomoose.html page and checked to see if
"compiled.js" is included or if it's something else.

I have GM 2.0 loaded on to a server with 2.4 ghz and 2 GB of ram the OS is
windows server 2003. When I open my Geomoose application it takes anywhere
from 2 seconds to 30 seconds to load the services and layers, I am not
talking about the graphics generated in the map window just the toolbars and
layers. Is it normal to wait that long for GM to load? This server acts as
the domain controller and print server. I am accessing my application just
through our company network not the internet. I have GM 1.6 loaded onto my
workstation that has much more resources (processor and ram) and that seems
to load fine over the network when using other workstations.
