It is in the svn.  I'll try to write a patch for y'all but there's been a few bigger code changed that you might need to wait for the 2.2 upgrade.

I've found the bug for this in
OpenLayers.

I've added a patch to GeoMOOSE that allows it to
work.  I tested with German Characters.

(Knocks on the German's doors... hey guys ... printing is
fixed for German characters.)

When I set a title with greek characters and press
"Go!" to generate the 
printing results (View Image,View HTML,Download PDF)
the button just does 
nothing.Writing a title with english characters works
fine. I test that with 
clean install of GM 2.0.1
