Yes they work.  We use them all of them time. You might have to try and adjust the tolerance setting in the mapfile.

I have popups working for polygon shapefiles however; I am having issues with popups working for a point file.  I just want to verify whether or not popups are valid for point files in Geomoose 2.0.
