Jim,
I know you are on GM 1.6, so I don't have a good answer for you for that version other than you would have to duplication the buffer select .php service.

With that said we are adding a feature to do this in GM 2 right now.  Should be available with the 2.2 release.

Subject: [Geomoose-users] Want mail list for selection

I want to create mailing lists for selections, either from the search menu or the select tool.  Any one else interested in this?  I am guessing that I have to tweak the buffer select php file to accept input from either of these types of selections.  Before I get started, I want to know if this sounds easy enough for a non-programmer to tweak.
