[Geomoose-users] Identify Error

The default Identify tool does not do any re-projection, it just takes the XY from the map and uses that. So yes, the data does need to be in the map projection, in this case 900913. That is certainly an issue, but I'm not sure why you would get the error you got, I would expect that there would just be no results that match the XY values.

I just started another application and the identify works fine in that. My initial application is using the 900913 projection for google layers. I see that there isn't an identify button in the web mercator demo. Could the problem be a projection issue?

Check that the "root" path is set correctly in settings.ini (there needs to be a forward slash at the end of the line).

Subject: [Geomoose-users] Identify Error
When I try my identify button in an application I created I keep getting this error message. Fatal error: Call to a member function queryByPoint() on a non-object in C:\ms4w\apps\trails\htdocs\php\identify.php on line 125. When I just add my data to the demo and identify one of my layers it works fine. I've been trying to figure this out for a bit now. Could someone please point me in the right direction?
