[Geomoose-users] Need help to link to image in php file

Hi, I have a section shape file that I have looking at an Access data
base where there is a link to more than one image file per section.  So
when you identify the section, up pops window in IE where I want to
identify the record and click on it to view the image.  I would like to
know if anyone cares to help me.
