[Geomoose-users] Geomoose 1.6 error adding WMS

[geo3d]

I'm testing adding a WMS to my xml and getting following error

Not well formed - which points to the "=" sign after version and then the
"&" sign 

<file>"http://nowcoast.noaa.gov/wms/com.esri.wms.Esrimap/wwa?service=wms&version=1.1.1&request=GetCapabilities"</file>

Any ideas how to correct?
