[Geomoose-users] How to get the Web Mercator Demo working?

When I go to http:\\localhost, I only get the Geomoose Background but no
layers or tools.  I looked at the Apache error logs and there are no errors.

Is there something I need to do to get the Web Mercator Demo working.  I
just installed a fresh copy of MS4W 2.3.1 and Gemoose 2.4.
