[Geomoose-users] Issue with running GeoMoose2 -IIS 6, computer that already has GeoMoose 1.6

The problem is that they need to find php.ini and enable those modules or point 
the PHP install to the right path.  PHP is working but dl() is probably confused 
as to where those dlls reside.

IE configuration tends to be more finnicky than apache.  Maybe BrianF can chime 
in as he runs (ran?) IIS.
