[Geomoose-users] Controlling reference map

Is there a way to control the extent of the reference map?  Even when
the main map is at a statewide extent, the reference map shows a smaller
area.  And this varies depending on how much you zoom in or at.  It
could be disorienting to a user.  What parameters control the extent of
the reference map, and can I edit these?
