[Geomoose-users] Controlling reference map

Hi Eli,

Thanks!  That seems to help.  In particular, adding another "scales"
value helped it out.  Is there any way to explicitly keep the reference
map at a fixed scale, or limit the maximum (most zoomed-in) scale?
