[Geomoose-users] Issue with printing wms when preserved scale set to no.

Is ArcGIS pulling from a tiled source?

It could be that 2.2 assumes mapserver is doing the correct thing, but I'm reasonably certain 2.4+ is making the correct extent calculations to not stretch an image.
