[Geomoose-users] Possible to not have layer checkbox in TOC?

You can add "visible" tags in the map source that should do what you want:

   <map-source name="bounding_citytwps" type="mapserver" visible="true" >
        <file>./bounding_citytwps.map</file>
        <layer name="all" visible="true"/>
    </map-source>
