GeoMOOSE 2.4 Release - fixes to measure, display, and printing, dbase
to sqlite dependency change
Acceptance into OSGeo Incubation
Migration from SourceForge to OSGeo infrastructure.
Adopted RFC 1: Project Steering Committee Guidelines

* Events
GeoMoose PSC F2F and code sprint at FOSS4G 2011 in Denver
GeoMoose projects were presented at FOSS4G, GIS In Action, (add
additional conferences here)

* Areas for Improvement
A more detailed Roadmap could help show where GeoMoose is headed.

* Opportunities to Help
Development of am automated testing suite and documentation updating
are areas that could use additional contributions.

* Outlook for Next Year
2012 looks to be a thrilling year with lots of activity!  More
releases and more RFCs surely.
