I suggest a doodle poll to coordinate the time. I don't have a preference on length, although 4 seems like it should be sufficient assuming we can keep things moving along and make some decisions. Houston Engineering could host if people want to drive to our office for the MN locals.

Subject: [Geomoose-users] PSC: Roadmap meeting

PSC,

At the PSC monthly meeting, we raised a few things which need further discussion and decision. Things like: build system type and necessity, how extensions are done, upgrade to Dojo 1.7 and AMD-style class definitions, versioning, test suite, additional configuration parameters, selection interaction, etc. Also perhaps review some of the decisions and good progress we've made since the F2F at FOSS4G 2011.

Plus any other big items people have.

I think that we should probably set up a lengthy block of time for this. F2F may be beneficial which would obviously be in MN, however, Brent and I probably won't make that so someone at the F2F will have to commit to a substantial communication effort to include us with active irc/phone.

What are your date/time availabilities? Should we doodle poll for date? Is 4 hours the right amount on time? 8 with lunch?

Your response is required by Aug 5th.

Thanks, Eli
