(my original message is waiting for "moderation" since the attached
graphic was over 40kb)
I installed Microsoft's Windows 8 Preview (due for release end of Oct?)
in VirtualBox, fired up Internet Explorer 10, and pointed it at my
GeoMoose 2.6 installation.
It rendered most of the interface (see attached png), but not:
- the main map
- any icons (although the logo graphics are rendered)
which may be CSS problems.
And in the IE10 console it complained that
<DOCTYPE html>
was missing.
Should I file one ticket or many?
It got me to thinking how nice it would be to have virtual machines
available remotely (in the "cloud"? on my cloud?) to developers for
testing...
