[Geomoose-users] Some layers print, some don't

The saga of my printing woes continues.  I got the printing to work correctly with my application, consuming some of the WMS services as MapServer services to avoid timeout when printing.  This works well on my development machine.  But when I transferred the code over to a test machine, I find that the layers display in the browser just fine, but only the remaining "pure" WMS services appear in the print output.  To make it even more confusing, I moved the code to my "sandbox" machine, configuration pretty much identical to the test server, and everything works fine.   Is there an output location setting that I could have missed?  Something else?
