Quickly borrowing someones computer for testing shows that the demo at www.geomoose.org (which is trunk) works in IE10 and it is rendering in Browser Mode: IE10 Document Mode: Standards.

Looks like the doctype fixes were after 2.6.0 so your best bet is to compare with trunk/nightly (which at the moment is probably one minor fix away from being 2.6.1).  There may have been some css fixes related to that too.
