Well, there seem to be a few different options from playing around with FireBug and changing some LOGO css elements.  You can remove the LOGO completely, I managed to move the link bar AND the tool bar to the right of the logo, but didn't see a option right off to move just the link bar to the right.  You can also remove the entire header, logo and link bar (I've actually wanted to do something like this for a while for mobile, I actually did this in an older version for my Phone)  I would like to set up a option for the GeoMoose logo to be shown during start up in the middle of the map area for example, then to go away.

I assume you are trying to maximize the map view.
