[Geomoose-users] Radio butons in services?

OK, I should know this one, but can't find a sample.  I'm creating a service.  Currently, I have a select box for several choices.  Customer would prefer radio buttons to select a choice.  Can that be done in a GM 2.6.1 service tab?  I see it appears in some situations, such as type="spatial", but I don't see examples of if for general choices.
