I'd like to have custom waiting_html messages in a Geomoose application (the message displayed when a tab is loading, default message is "Loading...").  I found in the documentation that I can create a custom message by adding a <param> in mapbook.xml.  This works across the board, but I'd like to have different messages based on which service or tab is loading.  Can this be done?
