[Geomoose-users] [Geomoose for beginner's

I have changed the extent to match the initial and also the shapefile is in
EPSG 4148 but I am still battling, the map view is still blank, I am not
sure which part am missing , I thought i have followed the instructions
very well from geomoose. I have only made changes from Mapbook and parcels
mapfile.
In case someone gets a little time to check where I went wrong, I have
attached the parcels.mapfile, and mapbook.xml
I cannot attach the shapefile since it has to wait for the geomoose
administrator
