A1:
The best way to display markers depends on what else you want to do
with the marker. The usual way with Geomoose is create a mapserver
layer. Have a look at the documentation and demo data supplied with
Geomoose to see how to do that.
Another way might be to use the OpenLayers capabilities (OpenLayers
is the browser-side JavaScript library Geomoose uses for map display),
but I have never done that.
A2:
I do not supply hosting services. You could look at Amazon AWS or
Digital Ocean for hosting.
A3:
The best place for documentation is the Geomoose site:
http://docs.geomoose.org/2.8/index.html I'm working on a short tutorial
to help people get started, but its not ready yet.
