[Geomoose-users] new MS4W with GeoMOOSE

Jeff,

Thank you so much for your substantial efforts to update MS4W.  As you know
MS4W is an important part of the GeoMoose ecosystem.  This update of MS4W
helps us continue to support our many Windows based users.
