[Geomoose-users] possible issue with select features... unable to pan?

Hello,

I noticed that if I open up the select features tool in GeoMOOSE 2.8 then immediately close the window (without creating a drawing to select features) then I am unable to pan around on the map.  Has anyone else seen this?  I noticed this issue on the demo on geomoose.org as well.
