[Geomoose-users] select features tool options in v3.1 ?

Hi All,
 
with ms4w I now have geomoose 2.8 and 3.1 running locally.
Version 2.8 has in the demo   a select features tool button and a select
features menu with multiple options /draw point , line , polygon etc ) plus
a drop down to specify form which layer to select from . Is this
functionality also available in v 3.1 out of the box ?
