[Geomoose-users] GeoMoose 3.2.0!

The GeoMoose team is happy to announce the release of version 3.2.0!

While primarily a bug fix version, we also upgraded a number of our major
dependencies:
- React is now on version 16.3
- OpenLayers is using 4.6.5
- WebPack version 4
