[Geomoose-users] Printing using mapcache - older version of GeoMOOSE

- There was no code written in the 2.X series to handle the printing of
tiled datasets. No one ever took up the mantle and no sponsorship ever
came in for the feature.
- I would disable tiling. Generally speaking, you'll get close to the same
performance out of a well setup GeoTiff. MapServer can render them very
quickly and the data file size for a county or even multi-county area isn't
so large as to create too many issues.
- Yes, this issue has been resolved in GeoMoose 3.X. And by default
GeoMoose 3.X will use WFS to execute it's queries. MapServer offers the
ability to limit the data available over WFS, regardless of whether the
parcels are 'open' or not. The same is true of GeoMoose 2.X, the data that
can be returned by the PHP scripts is the same data that can be returned by
WFS and vice-versa. The differences is that GM 3.X targets a standard
instead of our own DIY request structure.
