[Geomoose-users] GeoMOOSE not working in IE under certain document modes

I would be very surprised if the 3.x series works on any IE older than 11.
I am not sure about the 2.9 series.  IIRC we dropped support for IE less
than 10 when Microsoft ended WinXP support.
