[Geomoose-users] Diagram creation

We haven't been doing a lot of work with Popups in GeoMoose 3. Generally,
we've been pushing feature information into the left-side "Super" tab.
That said, it is possible to do it by writing a custom service that gets
the feature data and then renders it with whatever library you'd like.
