[Geomoose-users] GeoMoose 3.3 Map projection

GeoMoose 3 is more or less tied to 3857 for the map. I know there are
currently a few places where that is hard coded. I don't know that it
necessarily needs to be that way, but it made some things simpler to
implement.
The services/maps/user controls can be reprojected on the fly.
